The Great British Bake Off is back for Season Three and SOMEHOW I did not know that Mary Berry and ol’ Paul “Wolf Eyes’” Hollywood are coming to town! It is apparently the first live event dedicated to baking and I cannot think of a better way to spend a weekend! Better start that protein diet pronto to gear myself up for carb overload!

Jessie Ware’s name may sound familiar since she’s featured on many a dance tune but when you listen to her impressive debt album Devotion (released Monday) you may wonder where on Earth she’s been hiding! Each track on this album is a lustrous mix of 80′s sounding soul. This is one sexy album!
The first track from her new album The Haunted Man released in October this year. She knows how to write a song that can leave you soaring but break your heart in one foul swoop. I’ve had the pleasure of seeing her live at The Roundhouse, London and I’m looking forward to hopefully see her again in her next UK tour (this October and November). Be in awe.

A previously derelict Regency building now a Gordon Ramsay Restaurant / Boutique Hotel. You would never guess that it is right in the middle of Camden but don’t be put off by the fact that it is Ramsay owned, the food is very well priced for what you get. I had the Roasted Hake for mains and the Chocolate Mousse for dessert… divine! Great place for an afterwork dinner or lazy Sunday lunch.
